Our Region Specific Cultural Skills programs introduce participants to the culture and business practices of a specific region. Designed to increase one’s “cultural IQ,” the programs cover the key skills required by executives to be successful working in intercultural contexts: managing relationships and expectations, communication (written and spoken), business and social etiquettes, overcoming cultural barriers and stereotypes and a language introduction. A final session, When In Country, is optional and most applicable for participants who intend to travel to that cultural destination.
